    Hey guys!
Just thought I'd open up this thread for anyone who's interested in writing to talk about it: their process, tips for getting through writer's block, talk your way through any issues you may be having with a story or poem.
I graduated from college about a year ago with a degree in fiction writing. Since then, I've been having a ridiculous time actually writing because fiction became homework to me. I've been trying for the past few months to get writing again, but it's slow going.
Anyone else having similar writing issues?

    That's a good idea :)

I've run into writer's block before and sometimes taking a good walk to clear my head helps.

Know the feeling, Bitreads. Did pretty much the same as you last academic year - knocked out 10,000 words of a novel for the portfolio, and since then I've added some 2,000 words.

Personally, I find it better to work to deadlines - you'd be amazed just what you can do when you've got a deadline breathing down your neck. I managed a 3,000 word story, several reviews for an assignment, and a few thousand words on my portfolio and dissertation in a week once. (Granted, it was basically one week of working nearly constantly, but still, it worked. Besides, by that point, I'd gotten used to it).

Some years ago I wrote a fantasy short story that was printed in a local magazine and was fairly well received. Then I recounted some Vietnamese tales and legends for the same magazine. But since then somehow inspiration has failed me....

So I know what you mean. Fortunately (or unfortunately) I don't HAVE to do it, so I just let it go, and wait for inspirationto come back, if it ever does. sigh

Many people did not get the correct guidelines and information about the writing so they cannot complete the particular stuff.Different types resources like custom essay writing service, internet resources are providing the good and effective writing guidelines for the people.Without good guidelines we cannot create good stuff.
